The school regularly organises vocational trips, allowing students to visit production plants, logistics centres, energy facilities, and innovative engineering environments. These experiences help them truly understand the industry and see how classroom knowledge translates into practice.

International collaboration is another key element of our school’s identity. A long-standing partnership with a vocational school in Stuttgart allows students to participate in exchange programmes, joint projects, and cultural experiences that broaden their horizons and strengthen their language skills.

We also place great emphasis on student well-being and a positive school climate. Programmes such as Peer Support contribute to a friendly, motivating environment that helps young people grow with confidence.

Beyond technical education, Tech School No. 3 places strong emphasis on citizenship, community engagement, and personal development. Students actively participate in volunteer programmes, supporting local charities, cultural events, and social initiatives. The Student Council plays an important role in school life — organising events, representing student interests, and creating opportunities for leadership and teamwork. The school also encourages civic participation through initiatives such as the Civic Budget, where students learn how to create proposals, justify needs, and vote on community projects or Youth City Council meetings or Presidential election simulation. This empowers young people to understand democracy in practice and develop responsibility for their surroundings

Tech School No. 3 is actively involved in European projects for both teachers and students. These initiatives support professional development, modern teaching methods, international mobility and innovation in education. Participation in Erasmus+ and other EU programmes allows the school community to gain intercultural experience, improve language competences and take part in collaborative international ventures.A friendly and supportive atmosphere is strengthened by programmes such as Peer Support, which promote mental well-being, cooperation, and positive relationships.
